Sessions

Sessions are of an hourly duration, with a frequency which is usually once a week or a forthnight depending on circumstances and needs.

The initial meeting or 'assessment' is an opportunity for you, the client, to air the issues at hand and for me, the counselor, to explain how the sessions are conducted and discuss boundaries that apply. This session is also an opportunity for both, counselor and client, to decide whether or not we wish to work together.

My fees are £40 per session, for private individuals.

Organisations welcome, prices to be negotiated.
